  • Spacious and in a great location

    This home was incredibly spacious and which was great for the price! There were 6 of us so we really enjoyed being able to stretch out. The open layout and den area made it easy to relax and move around without feeling crowded. The screened patio was perfect for morning coffee, and we even ate lunch out there a few times. It was in a great location, super close to downtown Bradenton and 15 minutes to the beaches. A great place! We would stay here again.

    The outdoor patio was unusable. The second bathroom was in the garage which was awkward. Several windows didn’t close and dining room chairs had wobbly legs so you couldn’t use them.

    - Dining Chairs: We were unaware of the issue before your arrival, but once notified, we provided replacement chairs the same day to ensure your comfort.
    - Windows & Bathroom Layout: The home’s layout is as described in our listing, and we will review any maintenance concerns to ensure everything is in working order for future guests.

    Our group was here for work. Very nice place. Plenty of room, comfy beds, clean and as described. Self check in, plenty of room to park. Nice area. Close to everything. Loved the outdoor patio. Will stay again.
