  The first 8 hours of our stay were extremely difficult. We arrived on time to a cleaning crew still well behind on their work. When finally getting into our rental I was informed that there was both an AC issue and Washer issue. Thankfully, the property manager Bonnie was working because she went above and beyond her duties to ensure that those issues were addressed. Coming on vacation with a 10 month old and being told the AC would not be working was extremely unacceptable. Bonnie did her job and got crews out into the night to find a fix. After a day of sweating and delays my family was able to settle into a home that does not come as advertised. The whole home is in need of repair from the bathroom door handles falling apart, to doors sticking shut to ceiling fans shaking so badly that they were close to detaching from the ceiling. Not to mention the multiple light bulbs burned out and horrendous clean up by the cleaning service. It wasn’t until cleaning to leave that my nieces found other guests clothes still under beds. The kitchen had ants, tho inevitable in homes, the number was more then one should expect. The showers had mold in the tile grout to the point of thinking about buying bleach and cleaning it ourselves. I did not contact Bonnie on these issues purely out of the respect I had for the work she did for us when we first arrived. The pictures of the home on the website compared to the actual home are drastically deceiving. Bed rooms are extremely small, showers are extremely small, and the dinning area is nonexistent. But I guess what comes with such a great location to the beach is a sub par at best beach home. I will never stay in this home again unfortunately. I will most likely go with a more trusted local beach rental business in the future as well. I however must again commend property manager Bonnie on her due diligence and concern for my infant and my entire family. Had she not gone the extra mile to ensure that our stay would at-least be one with ac and a working washer I would have immediately left the rental and asked for a full refund of my payment. I thank her immensely and hope she is given a large amount of praise for her work. Overall, avoid this property until the home owner decides it’s time to update and repair a very poor rental property
