Just steps to the surf and sand of Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this one-level layout features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main suite.

    The condo was perfect for what we needed. Located very close to the beach, lots of pools and close to anything you could want to need. We love it and will definitely be back!

    This condo has some nice updates compared to other rentals we've stayed at in Sea Colony. The location of it is great! You get a small view of the ocean from the balcony, close walk to the beach and pools, and only about a 10-15 walk to the BB Boardwalk (w/a stroller). We thought the kitchen was stocked enough for any cooking you'd do at the beach. Cons - the stove top itself could use replacing, it seemed a bit slanted. And the entire handle/lock mechanism for the sliding glass door to the balcony was removed, so there was a literal hole where this should be (made it difficult to open/close and entry point for outside air/bugs). Overall, it was a clean and convenient place to stay (esp. w/a toddler).
