  • So perfect we didn't want to leave!

    5/5

We had a group of eight - me and my wife plus our three kids and three of their friends. Finding a place that could comfortably handle everyone was important. This house was perfect for it. With four bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and two huge living rooms, everyone had their own space and we never felt crowded.

The kids practically claimed the lower level, where the ping-pong table became a nightly competition. The hot tub was another big hit, and having an assortment of games and bunk beds was a dream for them.

As parents, we really appreciated the practical details. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of room to hang out together in the upstairs or the downstairs. The garage...Oh my God the garage...it had benches, hooks, baskets, ski racks, finished floor AND heated! It made dealing with all our gear easy, and having laundry in the house was a lifesaver with six kids.

The location was also excellent, it was close to downtown Winter Park and just minutes from the resort, but far enough away that the house felt quiet when we wanted to relax. And the mountain view from the main living area is something you really have to see in person.

It’s not often that a vacation rental works equally well for three kids, three friends, and the parents. This one absolutely did. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

  • Perfect getaway house in Winter Park!

    5/5

Absolutely loved this place! The house is gorgeous and feels even better in person. The mountain views are incredible, especially in the morning with coffee or in the evening when the light starts changing.

I also loved how close everything was. We could easily get into downtown Winter Park, but the house itself felt peaceful and private. The hot tub was definitely a highlight, as was the fire pit on the upper deck. Both decks have speakers that you can play music from which was soooo fun!

There are so many little spots inside and outside of the house that are perfect for relaxing or taking photos, and the huge windows/sliding doors really bring the outdoors in. Honestly, it was the kind of place where I kept thinking, “I could stay here a lot longer.” Would absolutely come back!

  • Beautiful House and Great Location

    5/5

My family and I had a great time while we stayed at this luxurious house directly to the N of downtown Winter Park. We were able to get away to relax for several days.

The property has a wonderful location! In particular, there is a trail out the back that connects to an expansive system behind Rendezvous. We were able to go for a 7-8 mile hike every morning that ended in Winter Park at a coffee shop.

During the day we were able to unwind in the great room to watch the World Cup and enjoy the view out the back by opening the window wall.

Our family really enjoyed playing board games, ping pong, and a dip in the hot tub as well. And while we did not take advantage of the nearby playground (teen-age kids), it was easily accessible from this spot.

We were able to see a few great sunsets out the back wall as well. It was nice to sit out on the back deck. The girls were able to get out and get some social media worthy shots around the place as well. Apparently that is a big deal to that group these days. ;)

The house itself is wonderfully built with high-end fixtures and design elements. We really enjoyed the post-hike showers in the luxe bathrooms and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen.

Finally, I can imagine the two-car garage would be a wonderful setup come winter. Even that space was well thought out, with clamps for skis. It also looked like it was heated, and a walkway connected the garage to the house. Once you opened that door, there was a bench and hooks for hats, gloves, jackets and all the rest of the winter gear.

The next time we look to stay in the WP area, this will be first on our list!!

  • Absolutely stunning stay - highly recommend!

    5/5

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect. It's close enough to town that it was easy to get in and out, but once you’re back at the house, it feels quiet and private.

The house itself was beautiful and incredibly clean. Everything felt new, well maintained, and thoughtfully done. We had everything we needed during our stay, and there were so many little touches that made it feel comfortable and easy.

But the view was definitely our favorite part. The large sliding doors make the mountains feel like they’re right in the house, and we spent a lot of time just sitting and taking it all in. Morning coffee with that view and relaxing there in the evenings were probably our favorite moments.

It was the perfect place to stay, and we would absolutely come back. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
