March 2026 Ski Trip
5/5 Awesome location, easy in and out of the complex. Unit is right in front of the parking lot, one level up via stairs. The kids used the pool and hot tub each evening. I didn't see it but they had nice things to say. It's a very short walk to the unit.
Short drive to WP and Mary Jane.
The use of the bedrooms is well thought out. Multiple sleeping options in the larger room.
The unit was very clean and well stocked, the appliances worked well.
Owner checked in with me via text after check-in. Response to my texts was very timely.
5/5 Great property in the middle of everything in Winter Park! Everything was as described, easy check in/check out.

5/5 My son and I stayed for almost 2 weeks. Ski camp, great location. Short drive to the hill and easy in and out. Apartment had everything we needed.

Fantastic Host!
5/5 Our host checked in with us before we arrived and was incredibly supportive throughout our entire experience. There was a basket of goodies in our condo upon our arrival, such a nice touch! The cleaning crew had done an excellent job so the condo was immaculate.
We’ve been staying at Beaver Village for over 30 years, and this was one of the best supplied condos I’ve seen. Any kitchen item you could possibly want was available, which is not the norm.
The furniture placement was unusual, and worked especially well for a family with older children. The king bed was in the smaller of the two bedrooms, which allowed for a queen/twin bunk bed, plus a second bunk bed with a cozy tv nook and comfy chair underneath in the larger bedroom. Such a well thought out use of the space!
We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely book this condo again!
