4/5 Stayed a week in January . The carport is great for keeping the snow of the car. It is quite place, a few minutes away from grocery stores and Vail Village. Beds are great, hot water in showers. Everything is as described.

Beautiful home; HORRIBLE experience with property manager and VRBO
2/5 This property would have gotten a 5 star review from us if we hadn't had such a poor experience from the management company and VRBO. The home is beautiful, great location. However, we were 5 adults, staying for 3 nights. During our stay we had ZERO hot water. Yes, no showers for 5 people for 3 days. Maintenance came 3 times to try to fix the problem. At the end of the day, we were offered a 368 reimbursement from the property managers and a 120 credit from VRBO. Completely unacceptable.

We understand that you had 5 guests and we don't know how long they showered for or what degree the water was. We sent a professional a few times and they concluded that there was hot water at the home. They ran multiple tests and were able to confirm that the hot water ran for 20 minutes straight (all hot) and the tank is functioning.
We've not heard this feedback from any other guests but understand you were unable to operate the showers properly. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property continuing to host many satisfied guests.Great location for skiers
5/5 Condo was as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
