2/5 Overall the location to Vail ski resort was good. Large kitchen with plenty of kitchen ware. For the price we paid I was disappointed the quality of the bedding. One of my guest could not sleep on the down stair sofa bed because it was broken. Sheets,blankets and mattresses were well used and had a odor.

If I Knew Then What I Know Now
2/5 The best thing going for this listing is its location. Great access to skiing and groceries, but still quiet. The second best thing is the common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, garage. Now the downside. The actual condition of the property was not as good as the photos. The bedrooms are dark, the beds are saggy, much of the furniture either needs to cleaned or replaced, and some of the appliances were wither missing or not working. The listing that we booked from in August had a hot tub. We learned it was removed four months earlier but the listing was not updated in a timely fashion. A hot tub was one of our selection criterion so not having it was an irritant. The gas fireplace did not work for two of the four nights we were there. The washing machine would not work until the property manager fixed. That was appreciated but it occurred after being told to fix it myself. The dishwasher did not work either. We ended up hand washing our dishes. If I knew then what I know now.

- The gas fireplace had just undergone maintenance before your stay, and while there was an unexpected issue, it was resolved early in your visit.
- The washing machine had a temporary issue due to damage from a prior guest, but we provided a workaround and ensured it was functional during your stay.
- A new dishwasher has been ordered and will be installed shortly.
- We regularly clean and maintain all furniture, but we appreciate your feedback and will review the sofa bed for possible improvements.

5/5 We had such an amazing time! The home was perfect in every way. The kitchen has everything you ever dreamed of for a big home cooked meal. We prepared an amazing Thanksgiving dinner. My son just moved to Vail and our family will be back!
