  The house is not cared for; it is filthy and in disrepair. The description of “lavish” could not be farther from the truth, and we would not recommend. Overall, very poor and unsafe conditions - filth/grime/dust everywhere, we even found a bat in the master bedroom. The concerns were numerous which include but are not limited to: front entry door found open upon arrival, numerous ants in the kitchen (large and small), evidence of mice, spiders, cobwebs, dirt/grime/dust/filth, unsanitary surfaces overall, trash found behind kitchen trash drawer, artificial fingernails found in 2 different beds, refrigerator odor/black residue, washing machine bioslime/debris, torn/dirty rag on laundry floor, rotting food in pantry, back door deadbolt inoperable, master bed frame falling apart, back deck railing partially absent and deck boards broken. The evening we checked in, we discovered a live bat (pest) in the upstairs master bedroom. On top of all the other concerns/issues we experienced in the home this was the final straw for us. We immediately contacted the owner and departed early the next morning, forfeiting the remaining 2 nights of our stay, which forced us to find alternate lodging to salvage our family vacation. After providing evidence (pictures/video) of our concerns we were only reimbursed for less than half of our total payment, and given our experience we feel this is unacceptable.

  We always work with guests when issues arise and apologize that we were unable to come to the resolution you were hoping for based on the documentation provided. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have a relaxing stay!

• Beautiful Home!!!!!

  This gorgeous home made our trip over the top! I still dream about waking up and seeing that breathtaking view from the primary bedroom and deck. The mattresses are a bit worn and felt it was time to replace. Other than that there is nothing bad I can say! I could definitely live in this home in a heartbeat.

• Winter wonderland!

  Stay here! You will not be disappointed! My family and I got to spend Christmas here! It was magical! The house is amazing with the best fireplace in the kitchen! To all the space and rooms! Our big family of 13-15 fit perfectly! The hot tub is perfect for a day after boarding! The yard is beautiful! Very happy with our stay!

• Beautiful but not as listed

  The house was beautiful with great views. However is was advertised to have a king bed and a California king bed. It only had one king bed and no California king. When we arrived the place had not had the trash taken out, was missing the correct number of towels and sheets for the couch beds. There were also wasps making a nest above the entry way. When we called someone came out to fix these problems. After all that we did have a great stay but I felt cheated because I had planned on the second king bed for comfort.
