  Our stay was mostly nice! The home is spacious and well-stocked for a group. The outdoor space is comfortable, with lots of seating and nice views, and the yard is fully fenced. The location is lovely, with a small park just down the street. It was so nice to be in the mountains for a weekend!

  The reason it wasn't a 5-star stay is because of a few maintenance/cleanliness issues. The screen door cannot be opened easily and constantly gets stuck. For how often we used the deck or let the dogs outside, it became inconvenient. The main bathroom's shower curtain has some pink mold, is slimy, looks very worn, and needs to be replaced. The oven had been cleaned with what smelled like dusting spray. It was AWFUL. The smell was absolutely terrible when we used the oven. It ruined our entire meal because the smell mingled with the food and then the food reeked like chemicals. No way we could have eaten it. The oven needs to be cleaned with a proper cleaner, NOT a perfume cleaner. I hate wasting food, but it was not edible after the cleaning product contaminated it. Then we had to go out and buy food, which in this area is very pricey! Additionally, there was fragrance throughout the entire home, and it was overwhelming. I recommend toning down the fragrance... using free & clear detergent, ditching the fragrance pods, and washing the curtains occasionally instead of drenching them in febreeze. This would make the home much more welcoming and inclusive for those with allergies and respiratory sensitivity. The intense fragrance made me wonder if they were trying to cover something up.

  Side note, just a personal preference, but the beds were super soft. I personally prefer a little firmer with more support, but I know everyone is different, so not considering that part of my feedback, just a fair warning.

• Great location in a quiet neighborhood

  This was a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Nearby park, biking, pickleball and basketball was great for the kids! This was the most well equipped rental I have ever had. They thought of everything and the kitchen was very well supplied. Hosts were great and very responsive. Rental was clean and comfortable.

  Sweet little house that was perfect to have our pets with us. Well set up kitchen allowed us to cook meals. Cozy living room to sit and chat at the end of the day.

  Perfect home and location for the family and fur babies. All the necessities you need for your stay to feel like you are at home. The pup enjoyed the nice fenced yard which is a huge bonus. This is my 2nd time coming to this home in Silverthorne. Highly recommend. Close to hiking, shopping and sight seeing. The only downfall is the shower water pressure is minimal which is not a deal breaker. Would not let that deter me from coming for a 3rd stay. Thank you for sharing this oasis for us to come relax! See you next year!
