5/5 Very nice brand new build with a wonderful kitchen and great room with a view. Peaceful pasture and farmland with lots of wildlife to watch. The river nearby is wonderful. A few details are still coming together like window coverings waiting to be installed. We loved the place (and Salida) and hope to be back in it next year.

5/5 Our stay here was pretty much perfect any way you look at it. The location is fantastic with a wonderful view from the back porch. The house is in excellent condition, and I was especially pleased to have sharp kitchen knives which might be a first in a rental! The beds were comfortable, and the place was super clean. The property manager was prompt and helpful. One of very few times I could rate a place of 10 out of 10.
