Quaint Cabin on the San Juan
5/5 Cute house - just what we needed for a Christmas getaway. Perfect location just north of Pagosa - plenty of dog walks and stargazing while listening to the river rush by.

5/5 This spot was amazing! Quiet neighborhood with an amazing backyard. Hot tub was clean and working. Another perk of the place is that the kitchen is fully loaded. Definitely where I’ll be staying anytime I visit Pagosa!

Great little spot...
5/5 We had a great time over a long weekend at this house. Right on the river, great outdoor areas/amenities, and all the things we needed to unwind and just "be" with our family.

5/5 We had a great time! There was confusion about early check in so i couldn't get in the house, but that was quickly resolved. The place was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking!
