Nice house, good amenities, shared bathroom
3/5 We had a great stay at this place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only drawbacks I have and want to share after staying in lots of short term rentals over the years, are these:The listing does not explain that the two bedrooms share the only bathroom upstairs. There is a powder bath on the first level, which is nice, but the other bathroom with the shower, is in a garage sitting room. That space is really nice and could maybe be used as a separate room, but it's not clear in the listing and it's under the main house in the garage, so wouldn't be ideal for small children.The second issue, which is the one that bothered me the most, was the communication. I have never waited more than an hour for a response from a property manager. In this case, I messaged 3 times, called once and emailed twice and didn't get one response to early check in or late check out until the last day there. That was very disappointing and I have never had that happen before. That has nothing to do with the property, but management really needs to do better.

Very nice
4/5 Updated house with lots of space. Thankful for the overhead fans! Very warm at night but we went in July. We bought another fan to help. It was only hot at night. Mornings and afternoons were awesome!! We misunderstood that the single bedroom with the attached bathroom and small kitchen was on a different floor than the living room. Be aware there are 3 levels to this house with pretty steep stairs. It does have a gradual walkway on one side which was helpful for my 80 year old mother. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Very relaxing!!
