  The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We couldn't have been happier. I was impressed by how well stocked the kitchen is with supplies. If we return to Pagosa, we will be looking to stay here again.

• Fabulous View

  Loved the lake and mountain view from the TV/dining area. Beds were comfortable. Decorated and stocked nicely. Could stand to be remodeled/updated, but for four adults for six nights, it was great. We will rent this condo again. Mgmt staff let us know they were available, if needed, but we had no issues during our stay.

• Older Unit Shows Its Age

  This is a 40-year-old condo that needs attention. It is dark and difficult to cool in summer heat. It was not as clean as it should have been.On the other hand, the beds were comfortable and the linens were new. It's in a good location and is quiet.

  -A deep cleaning has been scheduled to address any issues. Typically, our property maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
  -We understand the upstairs level can become warm during the summer. To mitigate this, we have installed a wall air conditioning unit upstairs, along with ceiling fans in all the rooms. Additionally, portable fans have been provided. It's worth noting that Pagosa Springs typically experiences a mild climate, with only a few months of the year having warmer weather than usual.

The photographs posted on our listing portray the property's age, enabling customers to make informed decisions prior to their stay.
