  Easy access, a little farther from the ski resort but still a good value and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean and well kept.

  We stayed for 3 nights to go to Wolf Creek Ski. It is as listed, and exactly what we needed for sleeping arrangements. It was very clean, which is appreciated. When we look for places, we try to find reviews on the beds, as this seems to influence our return to a property. To each is own, but the mattress downstairs is a very firm memory foam, and we woke each night sweating. We also had a difficult time getting the temperature comfortable at night. We appreciated that we weren’t cold, but set it at 65 and everyone said they kicked off covers. With the exception of these things, we had everything we needed, and made multiple meals and had all the basic necessities to do so. We enjoyed our trip and are thankful for the availability of the owner/property contact, although we didn’t need them.

  - The downstairs mattress is a Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam, a highly rated option designed to accommodate a variety of sleep preferences. Like most memory foam mattresses, it may feel firmer in cooler temperatures but softens with warmth and body heat.
  - The thermostat on the first floor controls the home’s heating and cooling, and each room (except bathrooms) has a ceiling fan to help adjust comfort levels. We checked the system’s history and did not find any malfunctions during your stay.

• Great Townhome Location!

  The location is great! We walked and biked to restaurants, coffee house, grocery store, etc... The townhome was clean, and furnishings were comfortable. This townhome is only stocked with very basic essentials and basic stocked kitchen which we are not used to staying in Pagosa. Just noted as an FYI, so renter can be prepared and bring items with them if needed.

  Recommend this place for those looking to get away to be close to nature and to the necessities of life. This place is well kept, with all the amenities you will need to help your stay be enjoyable. Took my in-laws and they were extremely happy with their stay.

  The A/C works great and there are ceiling fans throughout the house should you need them. The community is quiet, and we had no issues with the neighbors. Walmart was three minutes away and City Market was two minutes away.

  The hot springs are about ten minutes away. The town center is great place to hang out. There is a good selection restaurant options for all tastes.
