  Property was as expected. Property management staff was responsive. Location was great for us.

  If you have an issue with stairs then reconsider this property. There are a full flight of stairs from garage to main. Full flight from main to bedrooms and another full flight to loft bedroom. Gets hot up top in the summer.

• Perfect Spot For Christmas with the Family

  Surprised my family and took them snowboarding for Christmas. This condo was perfect location to everything Pagosa. Check in process was amazing, thanks to the awesome owners, The Brownes. Jim was super helpful and the set up was perfect for our kids. Highly recommend.

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was well equipped, nicely furnished, and very clean. And only a short drive to downtown Pagosa. Our only complaint was the HVAC. The level with the bedrooms was quite hot and did not get cooled well by the house's HVAC. And it was warm enough outside that opening the windows did not help. Also, the property manager was non-responsive via email when we requested to check in earlier than 4p.

  Owner's response: "Nick, thanks for the 4-star review and your kind words about how you enjoyed your stay at our townhome! We were concerned about your comments regarding the air conditioning and responsiveness of our local property manager with your early check-in request. With regards to the air conditioning, most homes in Pagosa Springs do not have central air & heat as we do, and we pride ourselves on being able to provide this benefit to our guests, so we immediately scheduled a check-up on our HVAC system. The technician found the HVAC system to be in good working order, however, he did find that the floor vents in the bedrooms were closed (perhaps by a guest preceding your visit). With regards to the lack of a response from our local property manager from your email, we do apologize that she missed that email and have confirmed with our booking agency that in the future a phone call will be the best method of contact for a prompt follow up for requests such as this. Anytime you have an issue while staying at our property we would encourage you to call the local property manager's phone number for any issues that might arise in order to give us an opportunity to better serve you immediately, hopefully resolve your issue during your stay and earn that 5th star in your next review! - Best regards, Jim & Lisa"

• Perfect Spot!

  We had such a great time staying in this condo! It was perfect for our family. We love Pagosa Springs and this has been one of our favorite places to stay. The decor is fun, the layout is fantastic and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you may need.
