Decent place, would rent it again
5/5 2 car garage was great. Layout was great.The TV was beyond my capabilities. FYI, it does take a while for the radiant heat to warm the place up, like more than a day. But the gas fireplace took care of us nicely.We liked it a lot.

Spring break with our kiddos
5/5 The location was great. Kids had a blast, house was perfect we all fit great. Kitchen was my favorite! We will def be back again. Wolf creek was not far either for the days we went snowboarding.

5/5 This was a great place to stay in good proximity to everything in Pagosa. It was the best price we could find so I didn’t expect much. We were very happy.
Very nice place.
5/5 The property was beautiful and was very clean. Location was great and close by to amenities. Cleaning fees are pretty steep considering you have to do dishes, take out the trash and strip the beds yourself, other than that it was a wonderful stay.
