• The View Delivered, But the Service Did Not

  There were some nice updates to the unit, but not sure the money was spent in the right places. Not really suitable for a ski weekend as there is no usable ski locker, the unit is on the third floor and there's no where to hang ski jackets, pants and store ski boots.

  The pros:

  - nice view

  - comfortable primary bed

  - access to hot tub/pool

  The cons:

  - confusing check in process: no need to go to "community manager building" as described in confirmation email

  - there was no information on the property (shuttle schedule, pool location, etc) in the unit

  - we called ahead of arrival and assured there would be firewood for the fireplace, or a number to call for it. The host did not provide wood or a number to call - we finally received some wood after the HOA president called it in for us on the second night

  - regarding the fireplace....bring your own fireplace tools - because there are none

  - the blinds in the primary bedroom were broken and we couldn't open them - were not fixed while we were there

  - the lock on the ski locker didn't work

  - plan on living out of your suitcase - instead of dressers to store clothes you will see an abundance of accent pillows

We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  - We are looking into the check-in instructions and will verify they are correct.
  - We will be providing our guests with this information we apologize it was not handy.
  - We provided you with the phone number to get wood.
  - We apologize that the tools we had were removed and will be replaced as soon as we can.
  - We will have the broken blind replaced immediately.
  - We will look into the ski locker right away thank you for bringing it to our attention.
  - We have not had any complaints about not having dressers. We do have closet space available.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
