Great little condo for two people. It's a little cramped with the beds out but they are easy to fold up and put away every morning to make much more space.

Once we got in the unit everything was spic and span. The decor is very contemporary & the kitchen is well stocked. My daughter enjoyed the Nespresso. Snacks were appreciated and HBA toiletries are a nice touch. Please know GPS and the actual address keeps you on the main road. It is more accurate to put in 1557 Decatur Rd. The condo buildings are not on highway six. The drive sign that says do not enter per keystone Lodge you can enter there. Nice to have the sidewalk going around the lake with the coffee shop, convenience store & pizza. Wish we were here during smooth ice & ice skaters were out. Hope to bring more family back up here soon.
Positives: It was a very clean and cute studio - the kitchen was extremely well stocked! IT has all the basics to cook with all the utentsils. We even had a welcome snack - of popcorn and chips! Kids LOVED that!
The main bed was extremely comfortable and sleeps 2 VERY comfortably!
Negatives: We struggled space wise with 2 adults and 2 kids 8 and 10. Between trying to get our bags situated and 2 chairs into sofa - we struggled with skis/shoes/clothes etc. The chairs that turn into sofa were not comfortable for the kids or the adults so made sleeping arrangements a little tough! Turning the chair into the sofa took a bit as well!
The bath tub does not drain well which is disclosed in the move in instructions - but makes washing your hair impossible for a female.
Stayed 5 nights and couldn't be happier. Just under a 2 mile drive to the river run gondola. Easy access to Breckenridge, Basin, and Vail. Convenient shuttle bus stop outside the building. Instructions on locating the condo weren't the greatest but found it after walking around for about 5 minutes. Great experience otherwise and would stay again, thanks!

From the owner: "Thanks, Justin! We're glad you enjoyed your stay. I appreciate the feedback regarding location instructions. We'll look at additional ways to improve upon it! You're welcome back anytime!"
Awesome property tucked away in Keystone! This is super close to the slopes and it has tons of amenities both in the unit and on the property. Loved using the nespresso machine to get going in the morning before a full day of skiing. Property has all you need and is situated right on the Lake making for some awesome views. There was a hockey tournament going on while we were there and was such a cool thing to see! Got out to Beaver Creek, Vail, and Keystone for 3 amazing days of skiing and this property is a great location to get around to the slopes from. Make sure you bring a 4x4 if you will be there during snow there is a tough hill to get up on the exit when leaving for the day. Could not be happier with the stay and will be back for sure!

From the owner: "We're so happy you enjoyed your stay, Andrew! We'd be happy to have you back.
And FYI for next time, you can turn right towards the pool house and go up Decatur Rd, vs left up the hill towards the Keystone Lodge. Both are hills, but we agree that the one towards the Lodge is steeper & tough to do after a snow dump if you don't have 4-wheel drive!"
