Dirty and Disappointing
1/5 I was concerned about the cleanliness of the property-l was told someone was checking out the same day we were checking in and I thought that would have helped our situation.
Home is poorly maintained and cold-windows are one pain and froze inside then dripped water everywhere-first night the upstairs bathroom leaked water down to the first floor. Vents are all full of dust and need changing, poor air quality-rugs were dirty in bathrooms and tooth paste splatter on the mirrors and walls-kitchen utensils were put away dirty-we took photos and sent to evolve-we contacted evolve the first night and sent photos- received a text that they would address the leaking bathroom after stay-no response to email and photos-we felt stuck in a dirty house-we attempted to vacuum several times just to get the dirt up, but the vacuum itself was dirty and not working. Home is much smaller than the photos appear in listing.

The home was cleaned according to our standard procedures prior to check-in. Same-day turnovers are typical in the industry and do not compromise cleanliness. When concerns were raised, we immediately contacted and forwarded the information to our cleaners.
The upstairs bathroom issue was assessed and scheduled for repair after checkout, as it did not create an unsafe or unlivable condition during the stay.
The size of the home is accurately represented in the listing photos and details. We encourage guests to review all listing information carefully prior to booking to ensure expectations align. Please reach out with any square footage questions prior to booking.
