Aaron5/5 No Hot Showers
4/5 This place was great but the shower never got hot it was just warm. I love hot showers so this was a big issue to me. I would not have rented if I knew I wasn’t going to get hot showers. I was cold when I got out of the shower. They said they could not do anything about it as it was as hot as they were allowed to go. The house was nice downstairs there were some cracks in the walls and the doors wouldn’t shut right but overall nice house. I just couldn’t stand the shower situation.

From the Owner: "I am very sorry to hear that the showers did not heat up as quickly as expected during your stay. Since we use an on-demand water system, it can take a few minutes to reach the proper temperature, and the setting is at 120°F, which is the maximum allowable per code. That being said, I will have a plumber check the system to ensure everything is functioning properly.
While I regret that your stay was not perfect, I sincerely hope that the rest of your time in Grand Junction met your expectations and was enjoyable. All the best."5/5 Very pretty property!! And very nice owner and property manager! We really enjoyed our stay!
