We had a difficult time. Though it was cute, it was not stated it was a shared building, only that it was a shared property. There wasn’t info about where to park so when we arrived at 1 am, an aggressive old man met us with a blinding flashlight and was upset we didn’t know where to park. I’m recovering from a back injury and needed accessible entry into the space and rooms- it was stated in the listing that there was 2 stairs to the bedroom which I found manageable, but what wasn’t stated was the additional 6 stairs to the bathroom that made it quite difficult for me. Our first day in, the window fell out of the bedroom and when we contacted the host, they seemed annoyed we were contacting them, they never apologized, it seemed much like they were trying to apply the blame to us even though it happened while we were gone. Then they said they would “review the camera footage” to find out what happened which was a shock to us as it’s not listed in the posting about cameras when it’s required to be. We had to sit on pillows on the futon as all the bars were jamming into our backs. The water pressure in the shower was awful, the water would only run straight down so your option was to stand directly underneath the water or get nothing. The handyman was very kind and we appreciate him coming out and helping us solve the missing window puzzle. All in all, we were pretty disappointed with our stay and wish we had stayed in a hotel for our first vacation together.

I enjoyed the stay a lot. It looks just like the pictures. The large windows were nice, while also having the ability to shut the blinds completely. The full kitchen was GREAT, and the location is pretty close to Palisade, which is where we wanted to visit. The host was very accomodating and let us check out late, and communications were prompt and clear :) I also appreciated being able to bring my doggy with us!One thing I didn't realize (though it is listed in the property description, so I just missed it!) is that another vacation rental is on-site. This made parking a little tricky sometimes, as another renter parked directly in front of our bungalow one night, but we were still able to find a spot to park and get into the bungalow easily. Would recommend otherwise!

We had a great experience. Owner communicated well, check in was easy, and it had everything we needed.

Property was great, wonderful location- clean- perfect for a 2 person stay. Didn’t realize that it’s attached to a larger house, but we would definitely stay here again.

Love the art deco style. Love the covered patio.But:- replace the couch: it is like sleeping on metal bars. Hence the bungalow has only 1 bed for a couple- The bungalow has been around for a long time. Although clean, a good refresher is needed- No mountain view beside what the web site says - so close to heavy traffic highway so quite a lot of noise from it
