Great condo, so cozy
5/5 Booked this place because it looked cozy and well cared for, and because it's walking distance to groceries, bars, and restaurants in Fraser — and it delivered on all of it. It's about a 12-minute drive to Winter Park, so getting to the lifts was easy. Walking in, the condo felt genuinely cozy and clearly loved by the owners. It had every necessity covered, including a great coffee station (with fresh beans provided, which I didn't expect) and a big TV with a soundbar. The host was very responsive the whole stay. It's also a surprisingly easy place to work remotely from — two desks with docking stations and monitors. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, cozy condo close to Winter Park that's just as good for a work trip as a ski trip.

5/5 My family of four (two adults, two kids 10 and under) had an excellent time at this condo.
The bathrooms were clean and efficient - especially grateful for a large tub to soak after camping in the mountains for a couple days!
The bunk beds for the kids were spacious and a fun mountain theme.
Additionally, the washer and dryer were a great addition.
Plenty of amenities both in the unit and the surrounding complex, including walking trails, little free library, and a convenient grocery store.

Great Space!
4/5 Nice condo and very affordable. Recovering from back surgery it wasn't super accessible but I should have researched more. Ample parking. Nice and sunny for winter, stays warm and cozy. The work spaces came in very handy. We would definitely return.
