Spring Break
4/5 House was fine, I must have missed the information that you needed 4-wheel drive or AWD to access the house in the winter. I only saw that information after renting the property. We almost did not make it up the drive-way. Thankful it did not snow or we would have been stuck even in my AWD car.

5/5 Winter Break Vacation
4/5 Great cabin up the mountain (approx. 9,000 ft). Cabin was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture, mattresses and bedding. I would have given it 5 stars, but it was lacking in some basic items that we are accustom to seeing in our CO cabin rentals, especially this one being at our highest price point to date. (no washcloths, lotion, tissue, humidifier, bedroom clock, lack of storage in bedrooms - only hanging options for clothing, whisk and can opener) I did reach out to the owner regarding the can opener since I was in the middle of cooking dinner when I realized there wasn't one. The host was prompt to respond, however, no luck with the can opener. I think maybe an inventory needs to be done of items that may have gone "missing" and be added back. The grill needs a good cleaning, we did not use it. Overall a good cabin, just needs a couple items to get to 5 stars!

1/5 The internet did not work and was never fixed, the carpet was dirty, the lock box did not work. We had to go to town to use the internet. I was told I would receive a credit for all this and have received nothing. Your contact said sorry take it up with you, whoever you are.
