NOT A GOOD CHOICE FOR US
1/5 The place is beautiful. But bed is so hard I had to do a makeshift on the couch and end table with cushions. We were expecting road noise. This is not near 170-it's on top of it. Not a problem at night. I sat on rocker on the porch, when I went to get up, I used the arms to help me-I'm 75- the left arm lifted up 3-4" and I almost fell. Had to catch myself and twisted back badly. Still in pain. We could hear every word of conversations in next unit - like we were in the same room...which means they could hear ours as well.
Called at 5:30am the second morning with complaints. was told they'd refund. Desperately looked for another place and checked out at 10:15 - they charged for that whole day. For 15 minutes. Rep I talked to said she would represent me when requesting refund for both nights. It has been 2 weeks and several msgs that have gone unanswered.
Perfect Location & Cozy!
5/5 My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The home is cute, cozy and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was easy.
I had read the reviews about the road noise but honestly it did not bother us.
This rental is a duplex so you have people next to you — but we never heard them (only when they shut the front door). Highly recommend this little rental to any couple!

Lovely space!
5/5 This place was adorable. It was a great central location for us to explore hikes, Idaho Springs and Denver. It was very clean and well-stocked with amenities. It is important to reiterate that this place is located right off the freeway (which I believe is stated in the description) so just make a note of this. If you are hoping for a quiet morning or evening on the porch, although beautiful, there is definitely a loud rush of traffic at all times. Despite this, we absolutely loved this place and our stay!
