Could not have been better!
5/5 My husband and his fly-fishing buddy stayed at this lovely home while fishing for a week in Durango. Both men were delighted with the accommodations. The house was very well appointed/modern, the air conditioning worked great, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the house was exceptionally quiet, perfect for two tired aging fisherman following 8 hours on the water each day! Coming back to a spotless, well-furnished, tranquil abode was just what they needed (and appreciated). The owners were caring, responsive, and communicative...we appreciated the fact that we could, if needed, reach a real person instead of dealing with a remote property management team or, worse yet, an AI bot! The stay was wonderful in every way, and this delightful house will be our first choice when returning to the Durango area.

5/5 This place is in the perfect spot on a quiet street within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops (even with a 4 and 6 year old). The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had plenty space in the house, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake. We would absolutely stay here again!

Sister Vacation
5/5 We found the home very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location was ideal for walking downtown and to most restaurants , as well as the river walk which we enjoyed. Had a wonderful vacation!!
4/5 Very centrally located. Spacious to easily accommodate the four of us. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking items.
