Good location
2/5 The location of as great. We did have issues when we arrived and our car got stuck on the driveway to the parking lot due to the snow and ice. There were supposed to be towels for the hot tub/pool and there were none. One of the windows seals was broken in the bedroom so you could feel a draft. There was hair behind the door in the bathroom. The fridge also would not shut all the way unless you really pushed it.

-We regret that you experienced difficulty with the driveway. Being in the Rocky Mountains, heavy snowfall can sometimes pose a challenge.
-While there are no separate pool towels, guests are welcome to use the bathroom towels during their stay.
-The window has been repaired, and we’ve addressed the cleaning concerns with the team. We apologize for any oversight in the cleaning and are committed to ensuring a better experience in the future.
-Regarding the refrigerator, it’s less than a year old, and we haven’t encountered any issues with it. However, we’ll certainly look into it.
