Mediocre ski condo
3/5 Good: Great water pressure. Kitchen was decently stocked with cookwear. Location was easy to access 70 and the mountains in the area along with grocery and restaurants. The condo had been cleaned but really need a deep clean in the bathroom (bathroom has some mild mildew was starting to look dingy.Bad: There were no blinds in the living room (where the pullout sofa was). The blinds in the bedroom couldn't be adjusted so we're partially open to the early morning sun and to the parking lot. The HOA really needs to up their snow handling. The stairs from the parking lot and the lot itself were incredibly icy. The bathroom was showing signs of wear (missing handle for shower door and drain cover) and really needs a deep scrub of the shower/surround..

4/5 Property was clean, updated, and served as a great base camp for our daily ski excursions. Problems included difficult to limited parking, no exterior lighting of front entrance which made lockbox access difficult. Warm water out of kitchen tap instead of cold

Was not quite what we expected…
3/5 When we got there on Friday and pulled out the couch to use for the kids, the mattress was pretty gross and they hadn’t left sheets. We were eventually able to get some but it just was a bit gross. And when we left to leave in the morning, the neighbor came out and asked us to be quiet leaving. Was weird as we were walking out and having a shared entrance ended up being stressful. We usually have great experiences but not the case here- will not choose to stay here again.
