The furniture and TVs need updating badly. The chairs are all falling in so not very comfortable. The parking is horrendous, however we were warned. Walking 1/2 mile in a foot of snow, 17°, down hill, isn’t fun. The kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of things there for the kids . Sleds, games, cable tv so that is a huge plus. We didn’t have enough towels but we just kept washing them. The manager answered my text questions in minutes so that was very nice. The yard was huge so the kids had so much fun playing in the snow. The little town of Dillon did not disappoint.

Even though the outside of the building looks a little run down, the inside is quite nice. Updated bath, kitchen, bedrooms. Nice deck. Views are great. We didn?t really like the BBQ grill on the deck as the deck is small and the BBQ grill was a little smelly. So we tucked it into the corner of the deck. It was quiet day and night, access to bike paths, foot paths are right beside the building. And the town of Dillon is really close by. Easy 15 minute walk or very quick drive. We liked taking the bike path around the lake and we often took the road going over the dam when we wanted to see Frisco. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would be nice to have a boiling pot for hot water. Our group was 50/50 split on coffee versus tea. Everything was clean, functional. We liked that we could park our car right in front. Made loading and unloading a breeze. Reviewer location Boulder, CO
