5/5 Awesome vacation stay across from Wash Park! Unit was immaculate, tastefully appointed and extremely comfortable. The owner communicated well and cared about our stay! We would definitely return to the unit if we needed a place to stay in Denver.

We're so glad you enjoyed your time here, and we welcome you to return for another stay if the unit is open during your next trip to Denver!5/5 We chose this location for its closeness to the University of Denver since we were there to help our daughter move into the dorms. The home was what we needed with two well furnished bedrooms and a simple kitchen (no stove). We liked having a parking space. It's a safe neighborhood. This area is great. It's within walking distance to a lovely and very active park. We walked from the home through the park to a pizzeria and then a local bakery/cafe. It's a peaceful way to unwind and get a feeling for the city. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it fit our needs.
