5/5 We always love staying at this property given the location - it’s close to Washington Park and Wash Perk Coffee. The only negative is the door entry system - Every time we’ve stayed here, we’ve struggled with the lock. It usually takes us a number of times to both open and lock the door.Other than that, would definitely recommend.

3/5 We did not like the bathroom or shower. The upstairs shower is re-painted and paint was peeling off the walls and tub. Cold water dripped on us from the secondary shower head when we showered. The pedestal sink made it challenging to get ready. The main light in the main bedroom did not work and the bedroom lamps were ok. The downstairs bedroom was creepy. It appears they had a tv down there at one time but it was missing. Very loud creaky house. The front digital door lock was very hard to use and we would have to put the code in several times before it would finally unlock. This is definitely on the lower end for quality of places We’ve stayed through VRBO. I would not stay here again. I hope they can give this place a little more TLC.Kitchen was satisfactory and only plus for this place is the location.

4/5 This is a cute, small house. Cozy living room, dining room with a great big table, and an extra room at the back that we used for storage. The kitchen size is good, but not much for cooking (we cook a lot) and the main bath is very small. The neighborhood is great and just where we wanted to be. Check-in instructions were clear, but the key pads were not obvious at first. The host responded immediately to our questions which was great!
