  Loved the location, was able to find parking. Had to get ahold of the property contact (who replied promptly) however, no toilet paper, towels, laundry soap...

  My wife and I had a great stay at this property. The location was close to restaurants, coffee shops, night life, and close to freeway access. The property was very clean and perfect for a couples getaway trip. Parking was occasionally a struggle to find when the neighborhood was busier at night but we managed to be within a block or two of the studio each day after returning from exploring the area. The community appears to be growing with fresh businesses and draws a good crowd in the evening especially on the weekends. This was not a problem at all for sleeping since the property is tucked back a block or so from the main routes of travel to all the restaurants and bars. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future when we visit Denver again.

  Everything was great except for a few minor issues.

  - No toilet paper, paper towels, or even tissues

  - Thermostat had a schedule set so temperature would bounce around throughout the day. Luckily I am familiar with Nest to remove the schedule.

  - It would be nice to include some laundry detergent so that guests do not have to purchase. (Very minor)

• Online Listing

  The property and experience overall were good. But the online listing said it was a king bed and it was clearly not. We had to remove the towels from the dryer they were never put away after the cleaning people were there, no toliet paper was supplied and there is an issue with the curtains on slider, we had to adjust the pole which does not properly fit the window, could be a liability and hit someone in the head.

• Great location, but stinky smell

  It is located in RiNo district, which is within walking distance to the art, brewery, and food scene. Location was perfect! Unfortunately there were some plumbing issues with the hot water heater that caused the whole apartment to stink. There were no trash bags on site either. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for the price and location, but the smell was brutal.

We will get with the cleaners and make sure that there is always sufficient trash bags in the unit as well as on retainer. In regards to the smell, we are not sure what caused it during your visit as we have not had anyone before or after you report such a stench, and have personally gone by to make sure that there is no foul odor going forward. Appreciate your feedback and would love to have you again in the future!”
