  Perfect location for our 2 day stay. Conveniently located to Cherry Creek and downtown. Cute, well-appointed, clean, basement apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Owner is on site and was helpful if there was any issue. We felt safe in the house and neighborhood. My wife is hypersensitive about safety when we travel out of town, and this was perfect. I would recommend to any couple coming to the Denver for a few days. Parking was convent. It is a large space to eat, hang out, watch TV.

• Nice place and good location, but… Noise alert!

  Nice, clean basement apartment. Had everything you might need for your stay except occasional quiet. The description does say the owner lives and works from home above, but does not mention the lack of insulation so you hear every word and movement. It also states it is her and a dog, it does not, however, mention a male visitor and a very very active and constantly verbal 2 year old baby. We were not feeling well and just wanted to rest, however, this was not possible due to the constant running and baby talk from the baby along with walking and the television We just couldn’t take it so we left after 3.5 hours forfeiting our week long payment. Convenient to Cherry Creek North, reasonably priced, and is a cute space so stay here if noise doesn’t bother you.

  We provide the direct cell number and make myself available 24/7 to any and all of my guests staying. There is insulation in my walls and floors and this is an older home.
  
  We did not receive any noise complaints during your stay and we were in constant communication. You only mentioned this after you had been gone for a while. The quiet hours start at 10 pm and are disclosed prior to booking. We ask that if anyone has issues please let us know immediately so that we can rectify the issue. We take this very seriously and want our guests to be comfortable.
  
  Thank you for your feedback, since your stay, I have installed additional noise dampening in the ceiling of the bedroom.

  This is a beautiful well-kept little property. The only complaint would be that it was a bit noisy at times as it is a basement unit. However, that is to be expected given it’s a basement.

• Good Location, Location, Location!

  Close to Cherry Creek, Downtown, Cheesman Park, Denver Botanical Gardens and in a lovely walkable neighborhood. Only issue - it was a bit too warm for us, no apparent temperature control. Overall, we were pleased!
