• CANCELLED THREE HOURS BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL

  We had no access to phone or internet and upon arrival discovered the unit was occupied by long term tenant! Worst experience ever!

  - We deeply apologize for the last-minute cancellation. Due to an unforeseen extension of the prior renter’s stay, the condo wasn't available when you arrived.
  - We attempted to contact you about this change, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you. To remedy the situation, we relocated you to a nearby unit and covered the transition expenses.
  This was an extremely unusual circumstance, and we’re committed to ensuring it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope to have the chance to provide you with a better stay in the future.

  Loved Shawna the property manager, very helpful and timely with concerns. The home is very dated, old worn bedding and towels. The home was not very clean on arrival, floors had crumbs, mold in the master shower, stained wash cloths. Lower bath shower head was not working properly, some basic kitchen items were not available. Location is why we picked this home, it was very easy to access the main road to get to Almont. Decor is very dated. The owners kept all of their personal items out so it felt odd, like we were staying at our Grandmothers home. This home could be a much better rental with some much needed attention. The property manager was very kind and helpful when we needed items.

  Hi Ellen, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. The homeowner would like to share the following:
  - We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations.
  - We have never had an issue with cleanliness as the home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between guests. We have confirmed that there is no mold in the shower.
  - The showerhead is operating properly.
  - We do apologize that the toaster was out of order during your stay. However, our guest contact was able to bring you a replacement as soon as you raised this concern.
  - The only personal items out are the decor on the walls which can be seen in the listing photos.
  As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we feel confident that future guests will be delighted.

• Wonderful Stay - close to hikes and downtown Crested Butte

  We loved our stay here! It was conveniently located with easy access to hikes and downtown Crested Butte. The property was clean and welcoming. Parking was also easy and the property had everything we needed and then more (both in the kitchen and bathrooms and for outdoor activities). Thank you for a wonderful stay!
