Easy location, clean
4/5 Good location with easy access to freeways and shopping. Clean. Very easy to communicate with the property manager the whole time we were there.

5/5 The place was in a great neighborhood. Everything was clean and ready for us to live in.
Clean with a few concerns
4/5 The property was clean and well appointed, but i had a couple concerns. The CO detector in the hall had no battery installed. The smoke detector in the large bathroom was duct taped over and could not work. The overhead light in the living room had exposed wires for diy pull chain switch.

5/5 This property was amazing and was close to all the places we were visiting during our stay in Colorado Springs. The entire process was easy and the managers were quick to respond to any concern we had.

Una muy mala experiencia
1/5 They canceled my reservation 2 hours before check-in, leaving me without a place to stay with my family. I had to pay for another accommodation with another company because it is so difficult to find a place on the same day. evolve does not take care of its customers.

Hi Sandra, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered. Unfortunately, during the pre-stay inspection, a plumbing issue was found, we did everything we could to remedy the issue so the home would be ready for your stay. However, it was determined that there was a blockage in the main line to the home, which left the only bathroom unusable and the potential of flooding. It left us with no other alternative but to cancel your reservation for your health and safety. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
