3/5 The house is large and conveniently located to the Broadmoor. unfortunately, both the plumbing and the electrical need a lot of work .even though there are four bathrooms you can only use a hairdryer in one of them and there is almost nonexistent water pressure. One of the shower floors is also extremely slippery The house managers Susan and Larry are amazing and wonderful.

- A licensed plumbing specialist has been scheduled to review and address the water pressure.
- Each of the four bathrooms can accommodate a hair dryer, though using several at once may trip the circuit. We’re consulting with our resident managers to explore an electrical update.
- Our housekeeping team has been instructed to treat all shower floors for added safety.

Tons of room and couch space. Close to 7 Falls and right next to the Catholic Church and The Broadmoor. Property managers next door. Very nice people.

5/5 We had 3 couples and 2 single adults- beautiful & spacious. Privacy was excellent. The house is very quiet-especially when you’re in your rooms. The grounds were great! The care takers, Sue & Wally were helpful and kind. We had one bathroom issue and it was taken care of quickly and all was great!!! We recommend! Especially if you have an event at the Broadmoor.
