  the condo had not been cleaned. We stripped the beds, did the sheets and finally got to bed by midnight. The washer & dryer were OLD and it took forever to dry sheets. I do not understand why i booked with VRBO and then some company called Evolve took over our,reservation? Where was VRBO? I am very,very disatisfied with BOTH VRBO and this stupid company callec Evolve!

  I'm genuinely sorry for the oversight in preparing the unit for your arrival; it's not the experience we aim to provide. However, I'm grateful for our phone conversations during your stay, where we worked together to address the issue promptly. You initially mentioned the cleanliness was acceptable, but we promptly sorted out the bedding and towel situation.
  
  Regarding the laundry machine, it's meant for personal use and not for large items like bedding. I did advise against using it for linens and arranged for a second set to be delivered promptly.
  
  I also took the initiative to refund your cleaning fee and offered a 25% discount on a future stay to make up for any inconvenience. Our communication was always friendly, and you didn't express dissatisfaction during our conversations.
  
  In terms of fees and charges from Vrbo, we utilize Evolve to manage bookings and listings, not Vrbo. Unfortunately, I can't explain Vrbo fees or why they didn't respond to you. Any issues with Vrbo are not a reflection of our service.

  Owners were easy to deal with. We had 2 issues that marred our stay. The toaster didn’t work. Owners knew about it on the day of our arrival but didn’t fix it before our departure. Also the hot tub was putrid and unusable for the entirety of our stay. That was pretty disappointing. Overall we had a great trip and got to see a moose in the parking lot. Great weather for skiing.

  The property was just as described. Clean and well supplied. Easy walk to town and lift. Had a couple questions while at the property and the owner was quick to reply and fix all issues.

• Breck Ski Trip March ‘24

  Very convenient access to ski lifts and downtown main street, sleeps 6 very comfortably! Had an excellent stay and would highly recommend! Only one drawback - hot tub is not so good, picture does not fully represent the quality, and didn’t work for us - so be forewarned.

  Property was nice. Lot had not been plowed prior to or while we were there. Major complaint was unit was extremely arid due to electric heat. They really need to consider installing/providing humidifiers.
