CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The main entrance of the building is accessible via a keyless entry. The code is 5-1-3-2*
- The code to access the side entrance nearest the unit, though there are no elevators nearby, is 5-1-3-2
- The condo unit is on the 1st floor and accessible via keyless entry. The code is 8414
- There will be luggage carts in the main lobby for guests to use to transport luggage to the unit
- Additional check-in information can be found inside of the Welcome Book upon check-in
- Please inform Tyson of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out is 10:00 AM
- Please return parking pass and place on the hook
- Please make sure the ski locker is secured and the key is placed back on the hook
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash and recycling, located on the main floor east hallway
- Load and start the dishwasher, and wash any other cookware by hand and place on the drying rack
- Strip linens and leave with all used laundry items on bathroom floor
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please ensure you have not accidentally packed up courtesy items such as electronic plugs, phone chargers, or Bluetooth speaker
- Please turn thermostat to 65 degrees
- Turn off the gas fireplace switch (please leave the pilot light on)
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both Tyson and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Please feel free to use the propane grill on the deck. Guests may have to refill the tank as needed
- The property does not have air conditioning
- This single-story condo is located on the ground floor and offers step-free access
- The shower is activated by pulling the bottom of the tub water faucet downward, which switches the water from the tub to the shower. Pushing it back up will return water flow to the tub

WINTER SHUTTLE INFORMATION:
- The Highland Greens Shuttle Service to the town of Breckenridge and the ski slopes regular hours of operation are hourly runs from 8am - 5pm
- The shuttle stops include The Lodge Individual Townhomes on Chestnut Lane, Oak Lane, and Linden Lane. Residents of Linden Lane who live on the courts will be required to meet the shuttle on Linden Lane. (The shuttle will not enter the courts.) All homeowners are encouraged to gather at convenient areas along the route to reduce the number of stops. Snowflake lift (Riders must signal the driver) Beaver Run Skier Drop-Off Village Hotel (Corner of Village Rd and Main Street) Breck Connect Gondola- Riders must signal driver, drop off and pick up will be at the lodging shutting stop #21
- When needed, the second vehicle route will start at the south end of Linden Lane, continue north along Linden Lane and then onto Oak Lane if necessary. Rider must be outside and waiting. The shuttle will not wait under any circumstances
- Tipping your driver is greatly appreciated!

PARKING:
- To use the Lodge's unassigned parking lot, retrieve the parking pass located in the unit and display it in the rear-view mirror of your vehicle at all times to avoid towing. Failure to return the parking pass to the unit at the conclusion of your stay will result in a $75 replacement fee
