Hi Mike, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
– Detailed access instructions and the location are provided before arrival, and we assisted several times during your stay to ensure you had everything you needed. While the parking spaces in the underground heated garage are compact, they are the designated spots for the unit and are beyond our control. The building also recently updated its parking validation code, and while we understand it may be an adjustment, we have to follow the complex’s security requirements.
– Water pressure is typically not an issue, but we’re checking on it to ensure everything is working properly. We also restocked the soap for future guests.

Great stay January 2025
5/5 WONDERFUL stay. The unit was even better than the online pictures - we were so pleased! Great central location, and well appointed condo. The ONLY trouble we had was finding the parking garage - would help if it was mentioned that it is underneath the building around the back. We had a few loops around the area before we found it! Hope to be back again - unit was so cozy and comfortable.

Would definitely stay again
4/5 Amazing location: right by a ski shuttle stop, ski rental, groceries, and tons of bars and restaurants. The actual space is very comfortable. It was great, and I plan on booking here again next year.The only reason for the missing star is that there were a few inconveniences (the lock on the ski locker was the wrong shape and didn't actually secure the door, there weren't any garbage bags, the HDMI cable between the TV and DVD player was broken) that the management company wasn't able to address during our stay. None of that seriously impacted the quality of our stay, and I wouldn't expect that those issues would happen in the future.
