• Perfect gathering space!

  What a perfect location to visit Beaver Creek, Vail and the surrounding areas! The house is so cozy and has great views. From the well-equipped kitchen to the hot tub under the stars, everything is well thought out. We spent my birthday with my extended family and had plenty of space to gather together but each person had their own cozy corner as well. The owners were very prompt at answering questions from the very start of our reservation to the end. They even gave us a box of goodies for my birthday! So thoughtful and unexpected!

  Stayed here for a family vacation. There were seven of us. The house is an absolute gem. The location was perfect. Such easy access off of Highway 6 and essentially down the street from Avon in case you needed to go to the grocery store or Walgreens. Equally close to Beaver Creek. There was a very nice gas station and convenience store right at the entrance of the subdivision which came in handy on several nights.The house has a nice flat driveway with easy access and no problems parking even when it snowed hard. The kitchen was immaculate and featured high-end appliances. There was cookware galore, beautiful cutlery, and a pot and pan for every occasion. We easily cooked for the seven of us and were never in need or lackingThe main living room has a beautiful vaulted ceiling. Felt so expensive. The leather couch was extremely comfortable and invited everybody to just be lazy.The hot tub was the highlight. Seemed new. Worked like a charm. We used it every nightThe bathrooms were all extremely well appointed as where the bedrooms. The full size washer and dryer we're made by LG and worked great. Seem like new units.Our hosts were very hospitable and responsive. Communication was prompt. Overall, a wonderful place that made our trip. Would love to stay here again

  We really enjoyed our long weekend at this duplex. The main level is so cozy and the views are stunning. It was a great place to have our whole family under one roof.

• Good but a few issues

  First, the house is lovely. Very clean. Sits on a golf course. We had plenty of room for our entire family and we had a wonderful week. The owner was EXCELLENT on communication. She took care of everything right away. The hot tub was cloudy & green (which the property manager should have handled). But the owner was so accommodating on correcting this, even refunding money to compensate us, which was so nice of her. The owners were very fair. There is no A/C in the home. It was VERY HOT in the house in the evening & night. It cools down through the night, but the upper front bedroom was very uncomfortable due to the heat. There were box fans, but one didn’t work. The bed frame is broken in that bedroom. There’s no bathroom on the main floor, you have to go either up or down stairs to access a bathroom. The couch was worn out. I don’t think the property manager is doing his job. We had to request several things through the week that should have been provided. The cleaners were not done cleaning until 4:30- so we had to wait to enter the home. The cleaners did not speak English which made it difficult to communicate. The check out directions were very lengthy, specific & we all felt we were being shouted at- with all caps & in red. I do understand that some people do not take care of things. But we had never seen such specific & detailed directions. Even cleaning the kitchen. Even though we found these things the place was really nice & we all had a great week.

  Had a wonderful stay. Great location and backyard. Did miss having a bathroom on main floor but plenty of bathrooms in bedrooms. Great communication with owner
