5/5 Very clean. Good kitchen. Nice spaces to hang out with family. Terrific yard. Great house for someone who wants to bring a dog. It would be perfect for that.

1/5 We arrived at the property and were unable to open the door with the code we receivedEvery attempt to contact the host using the Vrbo messaging app was fruitlessWe had to go to a hotel so we never did make use of the reservation I contacted the host afterwards and finally could talk to themApparently the host is rather a company called EvolveThey were not helpful at all and simply stated they could not do anything themselves to start the process to reimburse me for the cost of the rental I did not useFinally I had to go directly to Vrbo where they started a claim case which I hope will resolve the caseA terrible experience with an irresponsible hostA lot of wasted time and inconvenienciasThis host is too bad to be in Vrbo

My contact information is always shared prior to arrival, and the access code system has consistently worked for other guests. I wish I had been notified during your stay so I could have assisted right away. I take guest communication seriously and always want to make sure each visit goes smoothly from start to finish.
3/5 Some interior doors don't close, some closet doors don't have knobs, remodeling going on, craftsmanship not very good. Pinball table doesn't work. Alarm system went off upon arrival. 1 of 5 beds were comfortable. Google directions put you a block off for some reason. Place was clean, 1 parking spot in the driveway available. Lots of space for a family.
