5/5 Good stay over Christmas. Not a lot of communication from the host ahead of time (appears to all be outsourced) but all was good with our stay. Kitchen could use some additional cookware and we had a buy a light bulb for a bedroom and ever did find a working remote for the garage door, but when we asked a question to the "host" we got a quick reply. This was my first VRBO stay and it worked well. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay.

3/5 I rarely, if ever have given a bad review but: The place was clean. The opener for the garage door was not working. All towels were folded wet in the cupboard. North bedroom is flooded w/ light at night and needs additional window coverings. South bathroom tub not draining properly. Some windows don't lock. Door into garage doesn't lock. The toilet paper is awful. Closets don't have many enough hangers. No extra blankets. Shower curtain doesn't cover full width of shower. The return vent by south bedroom on ceiling is clogged with dust.

1/5 When we arrived at the location, it was not clean nor ready for our arrival. At first, we werent even sure if the property manager was going to have someone come clean the location. Was not going to provide any type of refund only an extended checkout which would not benefit us due to flight departure time. We recieved multiple different reasons why the location was not clean but never was a solution offered. We had to keep pressing for someone to come clean. Ultimately, we chose to stay somewhere else, and that was even a hassle getting a full refund.
