  My friends and I were lucky to book this house months ago. There was only one review on VRBO, so we felt like this was a calculated risk ... that paid off. The house is wonderfully equipped to the extent we didn't get to even use all of the different amenities. get to use all the amenities.

• Great stay at a new property

  The house seems to be brand new and it’s very nice. The kitchen was very nicely appointed and very well organized, so it was easy to find things. All of the appliances, both large and small, are great as well.We appreciated the fact that the two bedrooms were on opposite ends of the house. The bedroom with the larger bathroom had a queen size, traditional spring bed with a plush pillow top. We appreciated the shower in that bathroom having a sprayer along side the rain shower head. The second bedroom has a king size bed, with a memory foam mattress.We appreciated the home’s smart features. The HVAC especially, being able to set the temp individually in each room or section of the house. The tablet had almost all of the information I needed, except any instructions for how to use the alarm panel. Maybe we were supposed to just leave that alone.The outdoor space was very nice as well. We really enjoyed the landscaping and lighting around the pool, especially in the evening. The hot tub got nice and warm. My only suggestion to improve the outdoor space would be to trim back the plant in the outdoor shower, so it’s not rubbing up against you while using that shower.Communication was good on the days we were at the property. Thanks for allowing us to check in an hour early.

  Private, clean, well-appointed, stylish, and comfortable. Check in process and communication was concierge-level. Responsive and always willing to accommodate your requests in a most-friendly manner. We would recommend the Mojave Modern and willing to come back next time we come out to the Joshua Tree / Palm Springs area.

• Stunning home!

  This home was beautiful inside out. We loved the decor and everything that the host provided for us. The interior is better in person than the photos. There are high ceilings, AC in every room, outdoor access in every corner. We also love that there is a covered carport And EV charging. Best of all my kids did not want to leave because they were having the best time enjoying the pool in the summer heat. The outdoor shower was the best part and every single area of the House was well thought of and there were plenty of seating for everyone. We also love that they have an enclosed fenced in backyard for our pet to not run off. The location is easily accessible and has the best view. The home was super clean, new and well equipped. The hosts were so accommodating and had easy communication. We would love to come back to stay here again! Don’t hesitate to book it. It is a spectacular property.
