Our home is located in a very remote desert area, and occasional internet connectivity challenges can occur due to the location. During your stay, there was a service-related connection issue in the area. Since then, we’ve had a technician from the provider come out to upgrade the equipment, which should improve the connection for future guests. We appreciate you sharing your experience."
