- The ski-in/ski-out feature is weather dependent
- The gym and lap pool are open year-round, but the family pool closes during the winter
- Please note that the amenities are accessed through the NPOA clubhouse, and the entry fee is $10/day per person (as of January 1, 2023). Towels are also an additional $1.00 per person per towel at the clubhouse

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. At least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to Renee to obtain the code to the keyless entry
- To park at the property, you will need to display parking passes in your car window which can be found inside the condo upon arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Leave BOTH NPOA passes inside the property. There is a $50 per pass fee for lost passes
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Take the trash out to the bins located outside in the parking lot
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels on the bathroom floor
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No charcoal grills are allowed at any time
- Masks must be worn in the arcade at all times
- Do not take the condo towels to the resort area
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

SEASONAL FIRE RESTRICTIONS FOR TAHOE/TRUCKEE AREA:
- All open burning bonfires/campfires, outdoor fireplaces, and recreation fires as defined in CFC 202 are prohibited. All Fireworks are illegal. Renters cannot bring any fire pits or similar to property or trip will be canceled/forfeited. On Red Flag days no fire (including charcoal) of ANY kind is allowed. Further info and to check if Red Flag day - https://www.ntfire.net/ or www.weather.gov.
