  • Great Tahoe experience!

    We stayed here with our 11 year old twins. Location was good for us: we had a great time going to Kiva beach, hiking at Emerald Bay and Echo Lake, kayaking and playing mini golf. The home was clean and welcoming. We cooked meals here without any issues.We hope to come back someday!

    Our stay could not have been better. The description of the home was spot on. Actually, we have never seen a cleaner property. It was walking distance to everything we wanted plus more. Our host gave us information on other events and was ever so helpful before and during our stay. Great location!

  • Christmas Valley and the river

    Excellent host, very responsive, helpful, and willing to make our stay enjoyable. The house is located in a wonderful area of South Lake, across the street from the Upper Truckee River, and near the heart of Meyers.With biking and hiking trails all around within walking distances, the summer activities are plentiful. In the winter, Heavenly and Sierra at Tahoe are only a short drive away.The home was great for our 2 dogs as the backyard is fenced in to let them run on their own. Well sized rooms, clean and updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Would recommend for a family of 4-6 or 3 couples.

    We had a great stay. The house was super clean, it was nice to be able to park in the garage (no defrosting the car in the morning!). Heating worked well.

    Kitchen had all the basics (no pantry items aside from salt and pepper). Note the fireplace is a gas, not wood one.

    Some baby/toddler toys were available.

    We enjoyed our stay, and would absolutely choose this rental again.
