Excellent residence
5/5 This place is perfectly located and so cozy. We had three adults and four kids. This home was the perfect size. Highly recommend booking this Tahoe home.

Mixed bag
2/5 Rented this house for 2 nights.
Pros) Great furnace
Good location
Cons) Pretty worn out and dated, but clean.
Uncomfortable mattresses with flimsy and ill fitting sheets.
Cupboards should be emptied of old spice bottles, and other expired food items.
My biggest issue is that the power went out with no way of knowing when it would be restored. Having a 3 year old with us, the house became super cold and we became concerned for his well-being. The stove is electri so we could not even cook anything.
Spoke with the property manager and told him that we would be leaving since we had no idea of when power would come back on. I realize that the issue was no fault of the owner, but I felt partial refund would have been nice for the night we lost out on.
We left the house in great condition as well. No partial refund, or any contact from them at all.
Very disappointed.

5/5 Clean property, love the queen beds in all rooms. Downstairs shower could be better, very high step into and out of tub.
