Pros) Great furnace
Good location
Cons) Pretty worn out and dated, but clean.
Uncomfortable mattresses with flimsy and ill fitting sheets.
Cupboards should be emptied of old spice bottles, and other expired food items.
My biggest issue is that the power went out with no way of knowing when it would be restored. Having a 3 year old with us, the house became super cold and we became concerned for his well-being. The stove is electri so we could not even cook anything.
Spoke with the property manager and told him that we would be leaving since we had no idea of when power would come back on. I realize that the issue was no fault of the owner, but I felt partial refund would have been nice for the night we lost out on.
We left the house in great condition as well. No partial refund, or any contact from them at all.
Very disappointed.

Clean property, love the queen beds in all rooms. Downstairs shower could be better, very high step into and out of tub.

This cabin had a lot of potential but had major issues and bare minimum amenities. The king bed mattress was damaged and dirty. We had to rotate it just to make it sleepable. The other bed downstairs appeared to be previously repaired with plywood and broken. We messaged the property manager right away that it was broken and they said they would contact the owner to have it fixed - that didn’t happen and our guest had to sleep on the floor on an old twin mattress found in the closet. There were NO extra linens except for 1 very old electric blanket. Each bed had exactly 1 fitted sheet, 1 thin top sheet and 1 thin comforter. There were extra pillows but no pillow cases. No bath mats. Only 1 dish towel. This was also brought to the attention of the property manager who said they would tell the owner however no resolution during our trip. We ended up buying blankets. There is also a lot of wear and tear throughout the cabin. Holes in doors. Broken parts of the fridge. Damaged (but mostly functional) furniture. The hair dryer was also broken. The TV remotes had low batteries. We also found a pair of dirty socks under the coffee table. This place has a lot of potential but do NOT recommend.

Hi Breyan, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We're disappointed to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- Upon receiving notification from our property manager there was an issue with the bed, I immediately responded and let her know that there was an additional bed in the closet upstairs and that we could send a handyman over to put it up and remove the broken bed, but we never heard back. In addition, our property manager let you know where the additional blankets and linens were stored. The old bed has since been removed and replaced to ensure future guests do not share the same experience. We had never received this complaint before or since your stay in regard to the mattress in the master bedroom, however, we have since replaced the mattress to ensure our guest's comfort.
- We will follow up with our maintenance team in regard to the other concerns you have brought to our attention and make repairs if necessary.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
My experience with the property was poor. One of the rooms was locked with a key, so we could not enter it for the first night, and had no response from the property owner to assist getting in. I eventually was able to pick the lock essentially via an internet hack, but only on day 2. So for the first day my kids had to sleep on a couch with no linens or real pillows. Nice...Also, the owners have so much turned off it's a PITA to get things working. Took me 30 minutes to get the pilot lit for the water heater, and almost all of the breakers were off too so in arriving at night it was a pain to get in and get the family settled.The place was clean, but a bit worn-out, so that and the issues with locking guest out of rooms they paid for (and not making any attempt to help or even partially refund) makes me mark it a 2 star overall.

Hi Zackary, we want to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following:
- You reached out to the local Guest Contact well after midnight advising you needed assistance in getting the door unlocked as your baby's diaper bag was inside the locked room.
- Due to the late hour, the Guest Contact did not see your text until the next day. Once they saw it, they contacted the owner about the situation immediately. The owner was able to send someone to the property to replace the door knob in that bedroom so it did not happen again, and your group was able to retrieve your belongings.
- The owner was at the property right before your arrival, and all outlets and breakers were working.
