4/5 The house was easy to find, even with the local construction. The cabin was clean, although a bit. run down in the bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom had black something on the white floor board behind the toilet. and tub,( we didn't use it). The. shelf above the upstairs toilet needed a sanding & painting. The kitchen had silverware, but only 3 spoons. The Mr. Coffee didn't work! The upstairs bedrooms didn't have full curtains covering the windows. The floors creaked . . . a lot! The washer and dryer worked although loud. *I'd check the dryer, not much collected in the dryer screen and it took a while to dry, might need to clean out dryer vents.*. All that being said we had a great time!! If a few of those things could be fixed, we'd stay again.

4/5 Gave 4 star based on cost for the property. Home is clean but basic. Beds were soft. Yard fenced. Nice to have spot to park boat. BBQ dirty low on propane & missing a wheel. Evolve did not respond to text

5/5 We had a womdeful time at this property. Enough for us to spread out. It is a quiet street and we even saw a bear walking down the street. I have on suggestion and will not take off a star, but it may be a good idea to put some type of safety rail in the downstairs bathroom. That beautiful tub is deep and is a bit difficult to get out if a bit on the shorter side. Otherwise this property was perfect for us. Thank you.
