5/5 very nice home everything location was excellent the would love to stay again. We really enjoyed pool and we saw Sea worlds fire works from the property. the host was excellent with responding to our needs loved it 100% would recommend this property to anyone it is very spacious

Good house, great location
4/5 This house was great for our 7-person weekend in SD. We appreciated the like-new furniture, bedding, pool towels, overall it was a clean and well-appointed house. Joe provided all the necessities, the kitchen appliances/cookware were stocked for us to make several meals, we had plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper. The neighborhood/street was quiet and safe, and not far from a Starbucks, sprouts, and a few bars. The pool was easy to heat, but there were no pool toys/floaties. We brought and left some floats, hopefully the next guests will get to use them. Joe was proactive in communication and generously let us have a late check out.
