  So close to the beach and such a nice stay! Definitely wasn’t 100% clean on arrival (lots of sand) and the light fixtures looked like they need a deep clean. Furniture in living room was uncomfortable but the bed was good!

  Adjoins to a downstairs and two nights had some very noisy neighbors since there’s not much of a sound barrier. For the most part, the stay was awesome and we had such a good time! Check in and out was easy! Loved how close to the beach we were and Evolve was great to work with!

  From the pictures we saw, We thought this place would be charming. What we found was that it was rather tacky. The kitchen cabinets and counters were old and in bad shape. The living furniture really needs to be replaced. The television had several streaming options, but there were no news channels available. Also, instructions on the tv would be helpful. It said there was no air conditioning, which is fine. However, we’re from the Midwest, and it never occurred to us ( nor was it stated) that there was no heat! It got pretty cold in there at night. Some extra blankets would be nice. On the plus side, it was only a minute or two from the beach. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable. Our contact there was very responsive. We found lots of things to do that were within a half hour drive. Though it was a tight squeeze, we were able to park our midsize SUV in the garage and could close the door, with about 2 inches to spare.

  - We used professional photography for the apartment, so all the decor and furniture you see on the listing are accurately advertised.
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, we offer smart TVs with streaming options. Guests can sign into their preferred apps for entertainment. We also provide a simple TV remote for convenience.
  - The amenity list doesn't include A/C or heating, as these features aren't available in the apartment. We encourage guests to review the listing thoroughly before booking to ensure the property aligns with their needs.
  - Thank you for your suggestion regarding extra blankets, we'll consider this in the future.
  - While we want all guests to have an enjoyable stay, it's equally important to adhere to our house rules. This includes refraining from bringing pets unless the pet fee has been paid. Our cleaner found pet hair left behind which requires extra cleaning that the pet fee would usually cover.
  We work hard to provide an outstanding stay for all guests and we look forward to hosting many happy travelers.

  Overall this property was very relaxing and less than a few minutes to the beach. We enjoyed our time with my family of 4 (husband, 3 year old and 1 year old). Some areas of the property were a little old and could use an upgrade as far as comfort (the futon, chairs and rugs) Otherwise, this property was awesome!!
