  The pros: the location of the house was great. Easy freeway access. The house was next to a school and the neighborhood was older but felt safe. The layout of the house was nice and the size of the main area and kitchen was good. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and then some. Lots of books in each bedroom to read.

  The cons: pet hair was all over the rug and floor in the main room. Our allergies were a mess! No vacuum onsite, only a broom. So many knickknacks all over the house made it hard to put our own stuff out (i.e. snacks, chargers, lotion). So much stuff in the kitchen that there is no place to put things we brought. The backyard was nice however the turf is very uneven and lots of bumps almost little hills.

  The owner for manager should go through the house and get rid of all the junk and items that aren’t needed. I don’t know how the cleaners actually clean with all the knickknacks.

  The manager was very responsive via text and that was very appreciated. They did offer to come vacuum the rug for the pet hair but we were checking out the next day so we declined.

  We may stay here again but would need to know if there were pets that stayed right before us. Also, it would depend on if they cleaned out the house and got rid of all the junk.

  House and backyard area were great. We were very disappointed to learn the bbq was not working and by the looks of it has not been working for a long time. I think they should not advertise so prominently about the outdoor grill. Vrbo did give us a 15% discount. Though we would have chosen a different house if we had known the grill was not working. If you’re not planning on bbq ing then it’s a good option.

  Beautifully appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the highway, centrally located. Host quicky sent an order to the house to replenish items. Spacious common spaces as well as plenty of space for us to have our own space.

  If you're thinking about this property, go for it! There were 5 of us that stayed for 3 days. It was clean and so comfortable. The beds and bedding are wonderful. It was convenient for the places we wanted to go and we felt spoiled being able to stay there each night. We had no issues, but still chatted with management a little. She was responsive and accommodating.
