- Their cleaning professional drove over an hour to return to the property, even after confirming that no pet hair was initially observed during the turnover.
- She was there to address any concerns you may have had during your stay and used a lint roller throughout the home but was unable to locate any pet hair. She also took photos showing the mahogany floors were clean and shiny at the time of her visit.
- Cleanliness is something that many recent guests have praised in their reviews, so your feedback is especially helpful as we continue working to meet high standards for every stay.
